The Karbonn Titanium Hexa features a quite bigger storage for games and applications than Galaxy Grand, because although it has an external memory slot that admits up to 32 GB against 64 GB, it also counts with more internal memory capacity. The Karbonn Titanium Hexa features a superior camera than Galaxy Grand, and although they both have the same 1920x1080 (Full HD) video quality and the same video frame rates, the Karbonn Titanium Hexa also has a back camera with way more megapixels.
The Samsung Galaxy Grand and Karbonn Titanium Hexa count with incredibly similar batteries duration, although the Samsung Galaxy Grand also has a 2% bigger battery capacity.
