The Samsung Epic 4G Touch is just a bit better than Kyocera Hydro Elite, with a overall score of 60.8 against 59.6. Even though Samsung Epic 4G Touch is older and just a little heavier than the Kyocera Hydro Elite, it's construction is still thinner. Both of these devices come with Android operating system, but Samsung Epic 4G Touch has newer 4.1.2 version while Kyocera Hydro Elite has Android 4.1 version.
