Galaxy Ace 3 has a score of 60.8, which is a little bit better than the Lenovo S660's 57 score. The Galaxy Ace 3 is a way lighter cellphone than the Lenovo S660, but they are equally thin. These phones include Android OS (Operating System), but Galaxy Ace 3 has a more recent 4.2.2 version while Lenovo S660 has Android 4.2, giving you a couple additional features.
