Samsung Galaxy S III is a bit better than the Lenovo Vibe Z, having a score of 70 against 64. These phones work with Android OS (operating system), but Samsung Galaxy S III has the previous 4.3 version and Lenovo Vibe Z has Android 4.4.2. Samsung Galaxy S III is a just a bit lighter but a little bit thicker cellphone than Lenovo Vibe Z.
