Moto E5 Play features a way better performance than LG Apex, because it has a greater number of cores (and also faster) and a greater amount of RAM.

LG Apex has a bit sharper display than Motorola Moto E5 Play, because although it has a much smaller display and a way worse 800 x 480px resolution, it also counts with a little bit higher pixels amount in each screen inch. The Moto E5 Play features a lot better camera than LG Apex, because it has a back facing camera with much more mega pixels and a way higher (Full HD) video quality.

Motorola Moto E5 Play features much more memory capacity to store more games and applications than LG Apex, because it has 16 GB internal memory and a SD memory card expansion slot that supports a maximum of 256 GB.
