Huawei Mate 10 has a global score of 78.9, which is just a bit better than the LG G2's score of 73.7. The Huawei Mate 10 body is a lot newer and just a bit thinner than LG G2's, but it's incredibly heavier. Both phones we are comparing use Android OS (Operating System), but Huawei Mate 10 has the previous 10 version while LG G2 has Android 4.4.2 version.

Huawei Mate 10 and LG G2 feature quite similar processors, because although the Huawei Mate 10 has doesn't have an additional GPU, it also counts with a larger amount of RAM memory and 4 more cores. LG G2 counts with a little sharper display than Huawei Mate 10, although it has much worse brightness, a little bit less pixels per screen inch, a little bit smaller display and a lot lower resolution of 1920 x 1080px.

The Huawei Mate 10 takes a bit better photos and videos than LG G2, because although it has a camera in the back with less megapixels, it also counts with a way higher video quality, a lot larger camera aperture and a larger camera sensor capturing higher quality videos and photos. Huawei Mate 10 has a way bigger memory to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than LG G2, because it has more internal storage capacity.

Huawei Mate 10 counts with improved battery duration than LG G2, because it has a 33% larger battery capacity.

Although Huawei Mate 10 is a better device, it costs a lot more money than LG G2, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the LG G2. So if you want that extra specs and features, you can buy the Huawei Mate 10, else you can save a couple dollars and buy the LG G2, resigning some features and specifications.
