LG G2 Review

LG G2 is a very high quality cellphone launched in August 2013, coming with a pretty big 5.2-inches multi touch screen, a great 2.26 gigahertz Quad-Core CPU, and 2 cameras, a 13 mega-pixels back facing camera and a 2.1 MP front-facing camera. But let's get into much more details.

This phone ships with a very powerful 2260 megahertz Quad-Core CPU, packed into a Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 MSM8974 system chip with a great 2 GB of RAM memory. To collaborate with graphic intensive tasks, it also counts with an Adreno 330 graphics processing unit ticking at 450 megahertz. A great point of this cellphone is its inmense 32 GB internal storage memory and a slot for an SD memory card, allowing you to install tons of apps, games, songs, pictures and videos without worrying about filling it.

This cellphone is quite a compact device, considering it features a 5.2" display and it is only 5.45 inches long and 2.79 inches wide. This cellphone is extremely thin and good-looking, being just 0.35" thick. LG sells the LG G2 in two color options: black and white. This phone is much lighter than what one would expect from a device this size.

Additionally, the camera counts with many valuable characteristics like flash, fast burst mode, auto-focus, face detection shooting, optical image stabilization, HDR mode and geo tagging.

The LG G2 features a great 3000 mAh Li-Polymer non-removable battery that provides this phone an incredibly long battery life. LG informs a stand by time of 696 hours and a talk time of 17.9 hours for this cellphone. An issue to consider is that the LG G2's battery is non-removable so you can't buy a new battery when it begins to lose capacity, although with this big battery you will probably buy a new phone before it becomes an issue.

The LG G2 features wi-fi connectivity (which can be shared with other devices acting as a wireless modem), 4G LTE high speed internet connection and also HSPA+ data connection, a lower speed 4G type and the fastest 3G connectivity, over HSDPA, HSUPA and EDGE technologies. The LG G2 uses a Micro SIM card for GSM networks and it can connect using both CDMA and GSM.

This cellphone also includes a lot of cool features like Wireless charging, NFC (to trigger actions, transfer data or make payments by holding your cellphone close to another NFC device or tag), Infrared Blaster, Bluetooth (allows communication with other phones, computers and accessories) and GPS Localization, and multiple sensors like Light Sensor, Proximity Sensor, Accelerometer, Gyroscope and Compass.

LG is offering this cellphone for about 159 dollars, which is quite the same as other same level phones.
