The LG G8 ThinQ has a general score of 84.3, which is much better than the LG G2's score of 73.7. The LG G8 ThinQ body is incredibly newer and just a little thinner, but heavier than the LG G2. Both of these phones include Android OS (Operating System), but LG G8 ThinQ has a newer 9.0 Pie version and LG G2 has Android 4.4.2 version, so it counts with some extra features and enhanced performance.

LG G2 features just a bit better screen than LG G8 ThinQ, although it has a bit smaller display, a way worse 1920 x 1080 resolution, way less brightness and a just a bit lower screen density. LG G8 ThinQ features a little bit better hardware performance than LG G2, because although it has doesn't have a graphics co-processor, it also counts with a greater amount of RAM and a greater number of cores.

LG G8 ThinQ has a much bigger memory capacity to install games and applications than LG G2, because it has 128 GB internal memory. LG G8 ThinQ features just a little bit longer battery duration than LG G2, because it has 3500mAh of battery capacity. LG G8 ThinQ captures clearer videos and photos than LG G2, because although it has a lesser mega-pixels resolution back-facing camera, it also counts with a lot better 3840x2160 video resolution, a larger sensor capturing more light and vivid colors and a way bigger aperture.

The LG G8 ThinQ is more expensive than the LG G2, but you can get a better phone for that extra money.
