The Galaxy C7 is a little bit better than the LG G2, getting a 77.7 score against 73.7. Galaxy C7's body is much newer and way thinner than LG G2's, but it is somewhat heavier. Both devices we are comparing come with Android OS (Operating System), but Galaxy C7 has the newer 8.0 Oreo version while LG G2 has Android 4.4.2, providing you a lot of extra features.
