Comparison review

Galaxy S5 Sport has a score of 77.8, which is slightly better than the LG G2's 73.7 global score. Both phones we compare here come with the same Android 4.4.2 OS (operating system), so both of them should give you identical OS features. The Galaxy S5 Sport is a a little bit heavier cellphone than LG G2, but they are equally thin.

The LG G2 has a bit better display than Galaxy S5 Sport, because although it has a little bit lower pixel amount per inch of display, and they both have exactly the same 1920 x 1080 resolution, the LG G2 also counts with a little bigger screen. Samsung Galaxy S5 Sport features a little faster processing unit than LG G2. Both have the same number of cores, a 450 MHz graphics processing unit and a 2 GB RAM.

The Samsung Galaxy S5 Sport features a better memory capacity to store more games and applications than LG G2, although it has only 16 GB internal storage. The Samsung Galaxy S5 Sport counts with just a bit better camera than LG G2, because it has a camera in the back with a better resolution, a way higher (4K) video resolution, a bigger back camera sensor taking more light and vivid colors and a larger diafragm aperture.

The LG G2 counts with just a bit better battery performance than Galaxy S5 Sport, because it has a 7 percent greater battery size.

Although Samsung Galaxy S5 Sport is a better device, it costs a lot more than LG G2, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as LG G2. So if you want that extra specs and features, you can buy the Samsung Galaxy S5 Sport, but if you don't you can save a couple dollars and get the LG G2, letting go a couple specifications.
