The Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge has a global score of 85.7, which is better than the LG G2's 73.7 global score. Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge is a newer phone, and it's also thinner and just a bit lighter than the LG G2. These phones work with Android operating system, but Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge has the newer 5.0 version and LG G2 has Android 4.4.2.

Galaxy S6 Edge features just a little better processing power than LG G2, because it has a 64-bit CPU, a higher number of cores , 1 GB more RAM and a faster GPU running at 650 megahertz. Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge counts with a bit more vivid display than LG G2, because although it has a little bit smaller screen, it also counts with more pixels per inch in the screen and a higher 2560 x 1440 pixels resolution.

The LG G2 shoots a little bit better photographs and videos than Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge, although it has a camera in the back with less megapixels resolution, a much lower (Full HD) video resolution, a much smaller camera aperture which is not recommended for low light photos and video and a smaller back-facing camera sensor which provides a lower image and video quality.

Galaxy S6 Edge counts with a much bigger storage for applications, games, photos and videos than LG G2, because although it has no SD card slot, it also counts with 128 GB internal memory capacity. The LG G2 features a bit longer battery lifetime than Galaxy S6 Edge, because it has a 3000mAh battery capacity against 2600mAh.

Although Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge is a better device, it costs a lot more money than LG G2, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as the LG G2. So if you need that extra features, you can buy the Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge, but if you don't you can save a couple dollars and buy the LG G2, letting go a couple specs and features.
