Comparison review

The Xperia 1 III is much better than LG G2, with a general score of 93.3 against 73.7. Both of these phones use Android OS, but the Xperia 1 III has an older 11 version and LG G2 has Android 4.4.2. The Xperia 1 III design is a lot newer and just a bit thinner than the LG G2's, but it is way heavier.

The Xperia 1 III counts with just a little better hardware performance than LG G2, because although it has doesn't have a GPU, it also counts with 10 GB more RAM memory and a larger number of cores (and they are faster). LG G2 counts with a little more vivid display than Sony Xperia 1 III, although it has way less pixels per screen inch, a lot lower resolution of 1920 x 1080 and a lot smaller display.

The Xperia 1 III takes better photographs and videos than LG G2, because although it has a back camera with less mega pixels, it also counts with a lot larger diafragm aperture for better low-light captures and video, a lot better 3840x2160 video quality and a way larger back-facing camera sensor shooting lot better quality videos and pictures.

The Xperia 1 III features a way bigger memory to store more apps and games than LG G2, because it has more internal storage. The Xperia 1 III features a much longer battery performance than LG G2, because it has a 50% bigger battery capacity.

Although Xperia 1 III is a better device, it costs a lot more money than LG G2, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as LG G2. If you are trying to save some dollars, you can buy LG G2, and give up a couple features, but you will get the most out of your savings.
