Sony Xperia XA2 Plus has an overall score of 78.6, which is a little bit better than LG G2's 73.7 global score. Both of these phones come with Android OS, but the Sony Xperia XA2 Plus has a newer 8.0 Oreo version and LG G2 has Android 4.4.2 version, counting with a couple nice extra features and better performance. The Sony Xperia XA2 Plus is a notably newer device than LG G2, but it is noticeably heavier and a bit thicker.
The LG G2 and the Xperia XA2 Plus both have really similar CPUs, because although the Xperia XA2 Plus has doesn't have a graphics processing unit, it also counts with more cores and more RAM memory. The LG G2 has a sharper display than Xperia XA2 Plus, because although it has a quite darker display, a little smaller display and a bit lower 1920 x 1080 resolution, it also counts with a bit greater display density.
The Xperia XA2 Plus shoots much clearer photographs and videos than LG G2, because it has a much bigger back-facing camera sensor providing a much better image quality, a back-facing camera with much more MP, a bigger aperture to capture better photos in low-light environments and a way higher 3840x2160 (4K) video definition.
Sony Xperia XA2 Plus features much more memory capacity to store more apps and games than LG G2, because it has 64 GB internal memory. The Xperia XA2 Plus features improved battery lifetime than LG G2, because it has a 3580mAh battery size instead of 3000mAh.
