Both of these phones come with the same Android 4.4.2 operating system, so you shouldn't perceive any difference regarding that.

The LG G2 features a bit sharper display than Samsung Galaxy S4, because although it has a little bit worse pixel number in each inch in the screen, and they both have an equal resolution of 1920 x 1080px, the LG G2 also counts with a bit larger display. The Samsung Galaxy S4's CPU is very similar to the CPU in LG G2, they have a 450 megahertz graphics processor, 4 CPU cores and a 2 GB RAM memory.

LG G2 has just a bit better camera than Samsung Galaxy S4, because although it has a smaller diafragm aperture, and they both have a 13 megapixels resolution back-facing camera, the same video definition and a 0.33 inches back camera sensor, the LG G2 also counts with better video frame rates. The Galaxy S4 has a superior memory to store more apps and games than LG G2. Both have the same 32 GB internal memory capacity.
