Motorola Edge 50 is slightly better than LG G3, with an 81.2 score against 76.4. Motorola Edge 50's construction is incredibly newer and thinner than the LG G3's, although it is also somewhat heavier. Both phones in this comparison come with Android operating system, but the Motorola Edge 50 has newer 14 version while LG G3 has Android 5.0 version, so it provides you some nice extra features and performance tweaks.

LG G3 has a lot better processing power than Motorola Edge 50, because although it has an inferior number of cores (but faster) and less RAM, it also counts with an extra graphics processor. The LG G3 counts with a slightly better looking display than Motorola Edge 50, because although it has much lower brightness and a bit smaller screen, it also counts with a little higher resolution of 2560 x 1440px and a just a bit better display pixels density.

Motorola Edge 50 has a much better camera than LG G3, and although they both have the same (4K) video definition and the same 30 frames per second video frame rate, the Motorola Edge 50 also has a way bigger aperture to take better low-light photography and videos, a back camera with way more megapixels and a lot larger camera sensor taking lot higher quality videos and pictures.

The Motorola Edge 50 has much more storage capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than LG G3, because although it has no slot for an SD memory card, it also counts with 224 GB more internal memory capacity. The Motorola Edge 50 counts with a much longer battery lifetime than LG G3, because it has 5000mAh of battery capacity.
