Comparison review

Samsung Galaxy S6 edge+ is just a bit better than LG G3, with a 79.3 score against 76.4. Both of these devices use Android OS (operating system), but Samsung Galaxy S6 edge+ has 5.1 version and LG G3 has Android 5.0. The Samsung Galaxy S6 edge+ is a newer and much thinner cellphone than LG G3, but it's just a little bit heavier.

The LG G3 counts with a bit better screen than Samsung Galaxy S6 edge+, because although it has a little bit smaller screen, and they both have an equal 2560 x 1440 resolution, the LG G3 also counts with a quite higher display pixels density. The LG G3 counts with a better hardware performance than Samsung Galaxy S6 edge+, because although it has 1 GB lesser RAM, it also counts with a larger number of cores (and they are faster) and an additional graphics processing unit.

LG G3 has just a bit bigger storage to store more apps and games than Galaxy S6 edge+, because although it has 0 less internal storage, it also counts with an external memory card slot that admits up to 128 GB. Samsung Galaxy S6 edge+ takes slightly better pictures and videos than LG G3, and although they both have the same 30 fps video frame rate and the same 3840x2160 (4K) video quality, the Samsung Galaxy S6 edge+ also has a bigger back camera sensor capturing higher quality pictures, a much bigger diafragm aperture to take better images and videos in poorly lited situations and a back-facing camera with more mega pixels.

The Galaxy S6 edge+'s battery duration is very similar to the LG G3 one.

Although Galaxy S6 edge+ is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than the LG G3, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as LG G3. So if you need that extra specs and features, you can buy the Galaxy S6 edge+, else you can save some money and get the LG G3, resigning some features and specifications.
