Samsung Galaxy M31s is better than LG G5, getting a score of 88 against 76.1. Both of these phones come with Android OS (Operating System), but the Samsung Galaxy M31s has older 11 version while LG G5 has Android 8.0 Oreo. Even though Samsung Galaxy M31s is much newer than LG G5, it is a lot thicker and noticeably heavier.
The Galaxy M31s counts with a little better hardware performance than LG G5, because it has a greater number of faster cores and 2 GB more RAM. LG G5 has a little bit better screen than Galaxy M31s, because although it has a little bit smaller screen, it also counts with a better resolution of 1440 x 2560 and more pixels per screen inch.
Galaxy M31s has a greater memory for apps and games than LG G5, because although it has an external SD slot that allows a maximum of 512 GB against 1,95 TB, it also counts with 128 GB internal storage capacity.
