Comparison review
The Xperia XZ1 is a little bit better than LG G5, having a general score of 78.3 against 76.1. The Xperia XZ1 is a a little lighter phone than the LG G5, but both of them are equally thin. Sony Xperia XZ1 has a bit better processor than LG G5, and although they both have 4 GB of RAM, the Sony Xperia XZ1 also has more processing cores.
The LG G5 has a little more vivid display than Xperia XZ1, because it has a little bigger screen, a higher pixels count in each display inch and a better 1440 x 2560px resolution. The Xperia XZ1 features a better memory for applications and games than LG G5, and although they both have a slot for an SD memory card that holds up to 1,95 TB, the Xperia XZ1 also has 64 GB internal memory capacity.
LG G5 has just a little better battery lifetime than Xperia XZ1, because it has a 4 percent larger battery size. Xperia XZ1 has just a bit better camera than LG G5, because although it has a tinier aperture, and they both have the same 30 frames per second video frame rate and the same 3840x2160 video resolution, the Xperia XZ1 also counts with a back camera with a higher 19 mega-pixels resolution and a larger sensor.
Although Xperia XZ1 is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than LG G5, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as the LG G5. If you want to save some money, you can buy the LG G5, giving up some specs and features, but you'll get the most out of your money.
