Comparison review
The LG Q8 has a score of 77.2, which is a bit better than the LG G6's score of 75.6. Both of these devices use Android OS (operating system), but LG Q8 has 7.0 Nougat version while LG G6 has Android 9.0 Pie. LG Q8's construction has the same thickness than the LG G6, but it's somewhat lighter. The LG Q8 features a little sharper display than LG G6, although it has a little smaller screen and a little bit lower resolution of 1440 x 2560, they both have a better quantity of pixels per inch of display.
The LG G6 features a bit better performance than LG Q8. Both of them have 4 GB of RAM and a Quad-Core processor. LG Q8 features as much storage capacity for games and applications as the LG G6, they have equal 32 GB internal memory and a slot for an external memory card that supports a maximum of 1,95 TB.
The LG G6 has just a bit better battery life than LG Q8, because it has a 10 percent bigger battery size. The LG Q8 counts with just a bit better camera than LG G6, and although they both have the same video frame rate, the same video definition and a same size aperture, the LG Q8 also has a more mega-pixels back-facing camera and a bigger sensor capturing better quality photos and videos.
