Comparison review

LG V30S ThinQ is slightly better than LG G6, having a general score of 82.5 against 75.6. These phones work with Android OS (Operating System), but LG V30S ThinQ has the previous 8.0 Oreo version and LG G6 has Android 9.0 Pie version. The LG V30S ThinQ design is newer, just a little bit lighter and just a bit thinner than LG G6.

The LG V30S ThinQ features just a little better hardware performance than LG G6, because it has more RAM and a greater number of cores. LG G6 has a slightly better looking screen than LG V30S ThinQ, because although it has a little bit smaller display, and they both have the same exact resolution of 1440 x 2880px, the LG G6 also counts with a bit higher screen pixel density.

LG V30S ThinQ features a much bigger memory to install applications and games than LG G6, and although they both have an external SD slot that holds a maximum of 1,95 TB, the LG V30S ThinQ also has 96 GB more internal storage. LG V30S ThinQ captures just a bit better videos and photos than LG G6, because although it has a smaller sensor, and they both have the same 3840x2160 video quality and the same 30 frames per second video frame rate, the LG V30S ThinQ also counts with a larger aperture to capture better photos in low-light situations and a camera with a better 16 megapixels resolution.

LG V30S ThinQ's battery performance is very similar to the LG G6 one.

Although LG V30S ThinQ is a better device, it costs a lot more than the LG G6, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as LG G6. So if you need that extra features, you can buy the LG V30S ThinQ, otherwise you can save some dollars and buy the LG G6, letting go some features and specifications.
