Comparison review
The Motorola Edge (2024) is a little bit better than the LG G6, with a 78.5 score against 75.6. The Motorola Edge (2024) body is a lot newer, but a little bit thicker and just a bit heavier than LG G6. These phones use Android operating system, but the Motorola Edge (2024) has an older 14 version and LG G6 has Android 9.0 Pie version.
LG G6 features a very superior hardware performance than Motorola Edge (2024), although it has a lower amount of RAM and an inferior number of cores (although they are faster). The Motorola Edge (2024) features a little sharper display than LG G6, because although it has a lot worse resolution of 1080 x 2400 and a way worse quantity of pixels in each inch in the screen, it also counts with a larger display.
Motorola Edge (2024) shoots clearer photos and videos than LG G6, and although they both have the same video frame rate, a F1.8 aperture and the same 3840x2160 (4K) video quality, the Motorola Edge (2024) also has a back-facing camera with a way higher resolution and a way bigger back camera sensor capturing more light and vivid colors.
The Motorola Edge (2024) has a little bit more memory capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than LG G6, because although it has no SD extension slot, it also counts with 256 GB internal storage. Motorola Edge (2024) has a way better battery duration than LG G6, because it has a 52 percent more battery capacity.
Although Motorola Edge (2024) is a better device, it is way more expensive than the LG G6, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as LG G6. If you prefer to save some dollars, you can get LG G6, letting go a few features and specifications, but you'll get the most out of your savings.
