Comparison review
The OnePlus 8 UW has a general score of 75.9, which is slightly better than the LG G6's overall score of 75.6. OnePlus 8 UW is a a little bit heavier phone than the LG G6, but they are equally thin. Both of these devices come with Android OS (Operating System), but the OnePlus 8 UW has an older 10 version while LG G6 has Android 9.0 Pie version.
The OnePlus 8 UW has just a little better performance than LG G6, because it has a larger number of cores and 4 GB more RAM memory. OnePlus 8 UW features a bit sharper display than LG G6, because although it has a lot worse display pixels density and a lot lower 1080 x 2400 resolution, it also counts with a little bigger screen.
OnePlus 8 UW takes greater videos and photos than LG G6, and although they both have a same size aperture and the same 3840x2160 video definition, the OnePlus 8 UW also has a lot better 48 megapixels resolution back facing camera, a way larger back-facing camera sensor taking lot higher quality pictures and videos and better video frame rate.
The LG G6 counts with a very superior memory to store more games and applications than OnePlus 8 UW, because although it has just 32 GB internal storage capacity, it also counts with a SD memory card expansion slot that admits a maximum of 1,95 TB. OnePlus 8 UW counts with greater battery lifetime than LG G6, because it has 4300mAh of battery capacity against 3300mAh.
Although OnePlus 8 UW is a better device, it costs a lot more money than LG G6, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as LG G6. So if you want that extra features and specs, you can buy the OnePlus 8 UW, else you can save some money and get the LG G6, letting go some features and specifications.
