Comparison review
The Galaxy Alpha is just a bit better than LG G6, getting a 76.3 score against 75.6. These phones have Android OS (Operating System), but the Galaxy Alpha has an older 4.4.4 version while LG G6 has Android 9.0 Pie. Galaxy Alpha's construction is extremely lighter and thinner than LG G6. The LG G6 features a bit more vivid display than Samsung Galaxy Alpha, because it has a larger display, a much higher resolution of 1440 x 2880px and way more pixels per inch of display.
LG G6 has a much greater memory capacity to store more apps and games than Galaxy Alpha, and although they both have the same internal memory, the LG G6 also has a slot for an external memory card that holds a maximum of 1,95 TB. The Samsung Galaxy Alpha has a bit more powerful processor than LG G6, because although it has a smaller amount of RAM, and they both have 4 CPU cores, the Samsung Galaxy Alpha also counts with a graphics co-processor.
LG G6 has a really longer battery performance than Samsung Galaxy Alpha, because it has a 77% more battery capacity. The LG G6 has a bit better camera than Galaxy Alpha, and although they both have the same 30 fps video frame rates and the same (4K) video resolution, the LG G6 also has a bigger aperture for better low-light photography and video and a higher resolution back camera.
Although Galaxy Alpha is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than the LG G6, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as LG G6. If you are trying to save some dollars, you can buy the LG G6, and give up a couple features and specs, but you will get the most with your budget.
