Comparison review

The Galaxy Note 5 has a general score of 79.3, which is just a bit better than LG G6's overall score of 75.6. Galaxy Note 5's body is a little thinner than LG G6, although it is a little bit heavier and was released a bit more further than a year before. Both of these phones have Android OS (operating system), but the Galaxy Note 5 has the older 5.1 version and LG G6 has Android 9.0 Pie.

The LG G6 features a bit faster processor than Galaxy Note 5, and although they both have 4 GB of RAM, the LG G6 also has a larger number of cores. Galaxy Note 5 has a bit more vivid display than LG G6, although it has a quite lower resolution of 2560 x 1440px and a quite inferior pixel number per inch in the screen, they both have a screen with the same size.

LG G6 has a way bigger storage to install applications and games than Samsung Galaxy Note 5, because although it has less internal memory, it also counts with an external memory card slot that supports a maximum of 1,95 TB. The Samsung Galaxy Note 5 has a bit better camera than LG G6, because although it has a tinier camera aperture which is not so good for capturing photographs in low light situations, and they both have the same (4K) video quality and the same video frame rate, the Samsung Galaxy Note 5 also counts with a back camera with a higher 16 megapixels resolution and a bigger back camera sensor.

The LG G6 counts with just a little better battery performance than Galaxy Note 5, because it has a 10 percent more battery capacity.

Although Galaxy Note 5 is a better device, it costs a lot more money than LG G6, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as LG G6. If you prefer to save some money, you can get the LG G6, and give up a couple features, but you will get the most with your budget.
