Comparison review
Galaxy S6 Edge is much better than the LG G6, having a overall score of 85.7 against 75.6. Both of these devices come with Android operating system, but the Galaxy S6 Edge has the older 5.0 version and LG G6 has Android 9.0 Pie. Galaxy S6 Edge's body is a little thinner and lighter than the LG G6, despite of the fact that it was released just a little more than a year before.
The Galaxy S6 Edge has a sharper display than LG G6, because although it has a little bit smaller screen and a quite lower 2560 x 1440 resolution, it also counts with a quite higher pixel quantity in each screen inch. The LG G6 counts with a much bigger storage to install games and applications than Galaxy S6 Edge, because although it has just 32 GB internal memory, it also counts with a slot for an external memory card that admits up to 1,95 TB.
Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge features a greater processing power than LG G6, because although it has lesser RAM memory, it also counts with a 64-bits processing unit, a larger number of cores and an extra graphics co-processor. The LG G6 counts with a much better camera than Galaxy S6 Edge, because although it has a worse (4K) video resolution, a lesser megapixels back facing camera and a smaller back-facing camera sensor taking worse quality images, it also counts with a bigger aperture to take better low-light images and video.
The LG G6 features greater battery performance than Galaxy S6 Edge, because it has 3300mAh of battery capacity against 2600mAh.
Although Galaxy S6 Edge is a better device, it costs a lot more than LG G6, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as LG G6. So if you want that extra features and specs, you can buy the Galaxy S6 Edge, else you can save some dollars and get the LG G6, resigning some features and specifications.
