Comparison review
The Galaxy S7 edge is a bit better than the LG G6, with a general score of 78.1 against 75.6. These devices come with Android OS (Operating System), but the Galaxy S7 edge has the previous 8.0 Oreo version while LG G6 has Android 9.0 Pie version. Galaxy S7 edge's body is a little bit thinner and a bit lighter than the LG G6, although it was released just a bit over a year before.
The LG G6 counts with a bit more vivid screen than Samsung Galaxy S7 edge, because it has a bit bigger display, a quite better 1440 x 2880 resolution and a little better pixels quantity in each inch of display. LG G6 features a superior memory to install games and applications than Galaxy S7 edge, and although they both have equal internal storage, the LG G6 also has a SD extension slot that allows up to 1,95 TB.
The Samsung Galaxy S7 edge's CPU is just as good as the LG G6 one, both have 4 GB of RAM and the same number of cores. Samsung Galaxy S7 edge counts with a little bit better camera than LG G6, because although it has a less megapixels resolution back-facing camera and a lower 3840x2160 (4K) video resolution, it also counts with a larger camera aperture and a bigger sensor providing a higher image quality.
Samsung Galaxy S7 edge has just a little better battery life than LG G6, because it has a 9 percent larger battery capacity.
Although Galaxy S7 edge is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than LG G6, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as LG G6. If you prefer to save some dollars, you can get LG G6, giving up a couple features and specs, but you will get the most out of your money.
