Comparison review
Xperia 1 has an overall score of 82.6, which is slightly better than LG G6's general score of 75.6. Xperia 1 is a much newer phone than the LG G6, but it is just a little heavier and just a little bit thicker. Xperia 1 counts with a bit better looking screen than LG G6, because it has a higher 1644 x 3840px resolution, a quite better pixels count per inch in the display and a bit bigger screen.
The Xperia 1 has a better memory capacity to install games and applications than LG G6, because although it has an external memory slot that allows 1,45 TB smaller, it also counts with 128 GB internal storage capacity. Xperia 1 features a little faster processing unit than LG G6, because it has more RAM and a greater number of cores.
The Xperia 1 shoots a little bit better photographs and videos than LG G6, because although it has a less megapixels back facing camera and a lower (4K) video resolution, it also counts with a bigger back-facing camera sensor providing a better image quality and a bigger aperture for better low-light photos.
The Xperia 1's battery performance is just as good as the LG G6 one, although the Xperia 1 also has a 3330mAh battery capacity against 3300mAh.
Although Sony Xperia 1 is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than the LG G6, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as LG G6. If you want to save some money, you can get the LG G6, and give up a couple features and specs, but you'll get the most out of your money.
