Comparison review
The Sony Xperia XZ2 Premium has a score of 82.2, which is a bit better than the LG G6's global score of 75.6. Sony Xperia XZ2 Premium's design is newer, but extremely heavier and much thicker than the LG G6. Xperia XZ2 Premium features a more vivid display than LG G6, because it has a bit bigger screen, a much better resolution of 2160 x 3840px and a better display density.
The LG G6 features a greater memory for games and applications than Xperia XZ2 Premium, because although it has less internal storage capacity, it also counts with a slot for an external memory card that supports a maximum of 1,95 TB. Sony Xperia XZ2 Premium counts with a bit better CPU than LG G6, because it has a higher number of cores and more RAM memory.
Sony Xperia XZ2 Premium features a little better battery performance than LG G6, because it has 3540mAh of battery capacity. The Sony Xperia XZ2 Premium features just a bit better camera than LG G6, and although they both have the same 30 frames per second video frame rate, the same (4K) video resolution and a same size diafragm aperture, the Sony Xperia XZ2 Premium also has a way bigger sensor which gives a lot better image and video quality and a back camera with a much higher 19 mega pixels resolution.
Although Xperia XZ2 Premium is a better device, it is way more expensive than LG G6, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as LG G6. If you are trying to save some money, you can get LG G6, giving up a few features and specifications, but you will get the most out of your budget.
