Comparison review
The Xiaomi Mi MIX has a global score of 76.2, which is just a bit better than the LG G6's 75.6 global score. Both of these phones come with Android operating system, but Xiaomi Mi MIX has older 6.0 Marshmallow version while LG G6 has Android 9.0 Pie. The Xiaomi Mi MIX design has the same thickness than the LG G6, but it is notably heavier.
The LG G6 and the Xiaomi Mi MIX both have extremely similar processors, both have 4 GB of RAM and the same number of cores. The LG G6 features a little bit better looking screen than Xiaomi Mi MIX, because although it has a little bit smaller screen, it also counts with a lot greater pixel density and a higher 1440 x 2880 resolution.
The Xiaomi Mi MIX counts with a little bit better camera than LG G6, because although it has a smaller camera aperture which is not favorable for low-light photography and video, and they both have the same 30 frames per second video frame rates, a 0.33 inches back-facing camera sensor and the same (4K) video resolution, the Xiaomi Mi MIX also counts with a camera with more megapixels.
LG G6 features a very superior memory for games and applications than Xiaomi Mi MIX, because although it has less internal storage capacity, it also counts with a SD memory card expansion slot that supports a maximum of 1,95 TB. The Xiaomi Mi MIX has longer battery lifetime than LG G6, because it has a 4400mAh battery size instead of 3300mAh.
Although Xiaomi Mi MIX is a better device, it is way more expensive than the LG G6, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the LG G6. So if you want that extra features and specs, you can buy Xiaomi Mi MIX, otherwise you can save a couple dollars and buy the LG G6, giving up some specifications.
