Comparison review
The Xiaomi Mi Note 2 has an overall score of 76, which is just a bit better than the LG G6's 75.6 overall score. These devices come with Android OS, but the Xiaomi Mi Note 2 has an older 6.0 Marshmallow version while LG G6 has Android 9.0 Pie version. Even though Xiaomi Mi Note 2 and LG G6 were released only a couple months apart, the Xiaomi Mi Note 2 construction is just a little bit heavier but also just a little bit thinner than LG G6.
The Xiaomi Mi Note 2 has a bit superior processing unit than LG G6, and although they both have 4 processing cores, the Xiaomi Mi Note 2 also has a higher amount of RAM. LG G6 features a much better display than Xiaomi Mi Note 2, and although they both have a screen with the same size, the LG G6 also has more pixels per screen inch and a lot higher 1440 x 2880 resolution.
LG G6 counts with a much greater storage for games and applications than Xiaomi Mi Note 2, because although it has less internal memory, it also counts with an external SD slot that holds a maximum of 1,95 TB. LG G6 features a superior camera than Xiaomi Mi Note 2, because although it has a much lower 13 mega pixels resolution back camera, a worse video quality and a tinier back-facing camera sensor taking worse quality videos and photos, it also counts with a bigger diafragm aperture.
The Xiaomi Mi Note 2 features longer battery performance than LG G6, because it has a 4070mAh battery capacity.
Although Xiaomi Mi Note 2 is a better device, it costs a lot more money than the LG G6, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the LG G6. If you prefer to save some money, you can buy the LG G6, and give up a few features and specifications, but you will get the most with your money.
