The Galaxy A8 Star is a bit better than the LG G7 Fit, having a score of 82.1 against 77. These phones work with Android operating system, but Galaxy A8 Star has 9.0 Pie version and LG G7 Fit has Android 8.1 Oreo version. Galaxy A8 Star's construction is a little bit thinner but heavier than LG G7 Fit, and both were released only a few months apart.

The LG G7 Fit features an incredibly better screen than Samsung Galaxy A8 Star, because although it has a quite smaller screen, it also counts with a better pixel density and a higher resolution of 1440 x 3120px. LG G7 Fit has more memory to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Samsung Galaxy A8 Star, because although it has just 32 GB internal memory, it also counts with a slot for external memory cards that admits up to 1,95 TB.

The Galaxy A8 Star features a bit more powerful processing unit than LG G7 Fit, because it has a higher amount of RAM and more processing cores.
