Both of these devices work with Android OS, but LG G7 ThinQ has a newer 9.0 Pie version and Motorola Moto G Stylus has Android 11, so it counts with lots of additional features.

LG G7 ThinQ features a way better screen than Moto G Stylus, because although it has a bit smaller screen, it also counts with a better 1440 x 3120 resolution and a higher display pixel density.
