Comparison review
The Galaxy M31s has a general score of 88, which is just a bit better than the LG G7 ThinQ's 81 general score. Galaxy M31s is a notably newer cellphone than the LG G7 ThinQ, although it's somewhat thicker and a lot heavier. Both devices in our current comparison work with Android OS (Operating System), but Galaxy M31s has an older 11 version and LG G7 ThinQ has Android 9.0 Pie.
LG G7 ThinQ has a bit better processing unit than Galaxy M31s, although it has a lower amount of RAM memory, they both have a Octa-Core processing unit. The LG G7 ThinQ has a much better looking display than Samsung Galaxy M31s, because although it has a quite smaller screen, it also counts with a higher pixels count in each inch in the display and a higher 1440 x 3120 pixels resolution.
The Samsung Galaxy M31s takes much clearer pictures and videos than LG G7 ThinQ, because although it has a smaller diafragm aperture which is worse for taking pictures and/or video in low-light environments and worse 30 fps video frame rates, and they both have the same (4K) video resolution, the Samsung Galaxy M31s also counts with a lot higher 64 mega-pixels resolution back camera and a lot larger back camera sensor taking more light and vivid colors.
LG G7 ThinQ counts with just a bit more memory capacity for games and applications than Galaxy M31s, because although it has only 64 GB internal memory capacity, it also counts with a SD card slot that admits a maximum of 1,95 TB. Galaxy M31s has a much better battery life than LG G7 ThinQ, because it has 6000mAh of battery capacity against 3000mAh.
