The Samsung Galaxy Note Edge has an overall score of 81.7, which is a bit better than the LG G7 ThinQ's general score of 81. Even being the best we are comparing here, the Samsung Galaxy Note Edge construction is notably older, a little thicker and just a bit heavier than the LG G7 ThinQ. These devices come with Android OS (Operating System), but the Samsung Galaxy Note Edge has an older 5.0 version while LG G7 ThinQ has Android 9.0 Pie version.
The Galaxy Note Edge's CPU is very similar to the processor in LG G7 ThinQ, because although the Galaxy Note Edge has a smaller amount of RAM memory and an inferior number of slower cores, it also counts with an extra graphics processor. LG G7 ThinQ counts with a little bit better display than Samsung Galaxy Note Edge, because it has a quite larger screen, a bit higher 1440 x 3120 resolution and a just a bit higher amount of pixels per display inch.
LG G7 ThinQ counts with a slightly better camera than Samsung Galaxy Note Edge, because although it has a tinier sensor giving a lower image quality, and they both have the same (4K) video resolution and a camera in the back with a 16 megapixels resolution, the LG G7 ThinQ also counts with a way bigger aperture to take better low light images and videos and faster 60 fps video frame rates.
The LG G7 ThinQ features a lot bigger memory to store more games and applications than Galaxy Note Edge, because it has an external memory card slot that holds up to 1,95 TB and more internal storage. The Galaxy Note Edge features a battery life that's just as good as the LG G7 ThinQ one.
Although Galaxy Note Edge is a better device, it costs a lot more than the LG G7 ThinQ, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the LG G7 ThinQ. So if you want that extra specs, you can buy Galaxy Note Edge, else you can save some dollars and get the LG G7 ThinQ, letting go a couple specs and features.
