The LG G8 ThinQ has a score of 84.3, which is a bit better than Google Pixel 2's general score of 81.6. The LG G8 ThinQ design is newer, but just a bit thicker and somewhat heavier than Google Pixel 2. The LG G8 ThinQ counts with a better screen than Google Pixel 2, because it has a higher amount of pixels per inch of screen, a larger display and a way better 1440 x 3120 resolution.
LG G8 ThinQ has a little faster processing unit than Google Pixel 2, and although they both have 8 CPU cores, the LG G8 ThinQ also has 2 GB more RAM memory. LG G8 ThinQ features a slightly better camera than Google Pixel 2, because although it has a camera with a lower resolution and a worse 3840x2160 video definition, and they both have the same sensor size, the LG G8 ThinQ also counts with a bigger diafragm aperture to take better low-light photos and videos.
LG G8 ThinQ counts with a superior storage capacity for games and applications than Google Pixel 2, and although they both have the same internal memory capacity, the LG G8 ThinQ also has an external memory card slot that supports a maximum of 1,95 TB. The LG G8 ThinQ has greater battery lifetime than Google Pixel 2, because it has a 3500mAh battery capacity.
Although LG G8 ThinQ is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than Google Pixel 2, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as Google Pixel 2. If you are trying to save some money, you can get the Google Pixel 2, letting go a couple features, but you will get the most with your money.
