Both phones we are comparing here use Android OS, but LG G8 ThinQ has a more recent 9.0 Pie version while Moto G Stylus has Android 11 version, so it provides a couple additional features and performance improvements.

The LG G8 ThinQ features a little better performance than Motorola Moto G Stylus, and although they both have the same number of cores, the LG G8 ThinQ also has 2 GB more RAM memory. The LG G8 ThinQ has a brighter display than Moto G Stylus, because although it has a little smaller display, it also counts with a higher pixel amount in each inch of display and a better 1440 x 3120 pixels resolution.

LG G8 ThinQ features a very superior storage capacity for games and applications than Motorola Moto G Stylus, and although they both have exactly the same internal memory capacity, the LG G8 ThinQ also has a SD card slot that admits a maximum of 1,95 TB. Motorola Moto G Stylus features a much better camera than LG G8 ThinQ, because although it has a tinier camera aperture which is not nice for low-light photos and videos and lower video frame rates, and they both have the same video resolution, the Motorola Moto G Stylus also counts with a lot bigger back camera sensor taking more light and vivid colors and a back-facing camera with a way higher resolution.

Moto G Stylus features a bit longer battery performance than LG G8 ThinQ, because it has a 4000mAh battery size.

Even being the best phone in this comparison, LG G8 ThinQ is also a lot cheaper.
