Comparison review

The LG G8 ThinQ has an overall score of 84.3, which is better than OnePlus 8's score of 76. LG G8 ThinQ's body is just a little bit lighter than OnePlus 8, although it is a little thicker and was released just 13 months before. The LG G8 ThinQ has just a bit better looking display than OnePlus 8, because although it has way darker display and a little smaller display, it also counts with a better pixel amount in each inch of display and a higher resolution of 1440 x 3120px.

The LG G8 ThinQ has a very superior storage capacity to install games and applications than OnePlus 8, and although they both have exactly the same 128 GB internal memory capacity, the LG G8 ThinQ also has an external memory slot that supports up to 1,95 TB. The OnePlus 8's processing unit is just as good as the CPU in LG G8 ThinQ, and although the OnePlus 8 has more RAM, they both have the same number of cores.

The OnePlus 8 captures better photographs and videos than LG G8 ThinQ, because although it has a smaller aperture which is not so good for low-light photography and video, and they both have the same (4K) video resolution and the same 60 frames per second video frame rates, the OnePlus 8 also counts with a back facing camera with a much better 48 megapixels resolution and a much larger sensor taking way higher quality videos and photos.

The OnePlus 8 counts with greater battery duration than LG G8 ThinQ, because it has 4300mAh of battery capacity instead of 3500mAh.

Despite of being the best phone in our current comparison, LG G8 ThinQ is also a bargain compared to the other ones.
