LG G8 ThinQ has a global score of 84.3, which is a little bit better than Sony Xperia XZ3's 79.6 score. LG G8 ThinQ is a thinner and lighter cellphone than the Sony Xperia XZ3, even when they were released with only a couple of months difference. Both of these phones come with the same Android 9.0 Pie OS (operating system).
LG G8 ThinQ counts with a bit more vivid screen than Sony Xperia XZ3, because it has a bit more pixels per display inch, a little bit higher 1440 x 3120 resolution, a bit larger display and a little more brightness. The LG G8 ThinQ has just a little better performance than Sony Xperia XZ3, and although they both have the same number of cores, the LG G8 ThinQ also has 2 GB more RAM memory.
The Sony Xperia XZ3 shoots a little bit better videos and photos than LG G8 ThinQ, because although it has lower 30 fps video frame rates and a way tinier aperture which is not good for shooting pictures and videos in low-light situations, and they both have the same video resolution, the Sony Xperia XZ3 also counts with a lot more MP camera and a larger back camera sensor which offers a higher photo and video quality.
The LG G8 ThinQ features a much bigger memory capacity to install games and applications than Xperia XZ3, because it has more internal memory and a SD extension slot that admits a maximum of 1,95 TB. LG G8 ThinQ features a bit superior battery performance than Xperia XZ3, because it has a 3500mAh battery capacity against 3330mAh.
Despite of being the best phone between the ones we are comparing here, LG G8 ThinQ is also a bargain compared to others, making it a great choice.
