Comparison review
The Xiaomi Pocophone F1 is a bit better than LG G8 ThinQ, with an 85.5 score against 84.3. The Xiaomi Pocophone F1 is a just a little bit heavier and a little thicker device than LG G8 ThinQ. Xiaomi Pocophone F1 and LG G8 ThinQ both feature extremely similar processors, and although the Xiaomi Pocophone F1 has 2 GB more RAM memory, they both have the same number of cores.
LG G8 ThinQ counts with a better display than Xiaomi Pocophone F1, because although it has a quite smaller display, it also counts with a higher resolution of 1440 x 3120px, a bit more brightness and a greater screen density. The LG G8 ThinQ counts with a slightly better storage for apps and games than Xiaomi Pocophone F1, because although it has only 128 GB internal storage, it also counts with a SD memory card expansion slot that holds a maximum of 1,95 TB.
The Xiaomi Pocophone F1 has just a bit longer battery duration than LG G8 ThinQ, because it has a 4000mAh battery capacity instead of 3500mAh. The Xiaomi Pocophone F1 takes clearer pictures and videos than LG G8 ThinQ, because although it has a way smaller camera aperture which is not good for capturing photos and/or video in poorly lited environments, and they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video quality, the same video frame rates and a camera with a 12 mega-pixels, the Xiaomi Pocophone F1 also counts with a bigger sensor which provides a better photo and video quality.
Although Xiaomi Pocophone F1 is a better device, it costs a lot more than LG G8 ThinQ, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as LG G8 ThinQ. If you prefer to save a few dollars, you can buy LG G8 ThinQ, giving up a few features and specs, but you'll get the most with your money.
