The LG G8S ThinQ is a bit better than the LG V30, getting a general score of 82.5 against 79.1. Even though LG G8S ThinQ is newer than LG V30, it's heavier and just a little thicker. The LG V30 has a slightly better looking display than LG G8S ThinQ, because although it has a little bit smaller display, it also counts with a higher 1440 x 2880 resolution and more pixels per inch in the display.

LG G8S ThinQ counts with a little better performance than LG V30, and although they both have a Octa-Core CPU, the LG G8S ThinQ also has more RAM. The LG G8S ThinQ features a better memory capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than LG V30, and although they both have a SD card slot that supports a maximum of 1,95 TB, the LG G8S ThinQ also has 128 GB internal memory capacity.

The LG V30 has a bit better camera than LG G8S ThinQ, because although it has lower video frame rate, and they both have the same 3840x2160 video quality, the LG V30 also counts with a larger diafragm aperture and a much more mega-pixels camera in the back. LG G8S ThinQ counts with a bit superior battery performance than LG V30, because it has an 8% larger battery size.
