LG G8S ThinQ has a global score of 82.5, which is a little bit better than the Motorola Edge 50's 81.2 general score. The LG G8S ThinQ body has the same thickness than the Motorola Edge 50, but it is just a little heavier. These phones come with Android OS, but LG G8S ThinQ has newer 9.0 Pie version while Motorola Edge 50 has Android 14 version.
LG G8S ThinQ has a very superior CPU than Motorola Edge 50, although it has a lower amount of RAM memory, they both have the same number of cores. The Motorola Edge 50 features a better display than LG G8S ThinQ, because it has a quite better resolution of 1220 x 2712 pixels, a little bit more pixels per inch in the display and a bit larger screen.
The LG G8S ThinQ has a lot bigger memory to install games and applications than Motorola Edge 50, because although it has only 128 GB internal memory capacity, it also counts with an external SD slot that supports a maximum of 1,95 TB. Motorola Edge 50 has a really longer battery lifetime than LG G8S ThinQ, because it has a 5000mAh battery capacity.
Motorola Edge 50 takes much clearer photos and videos than LG G8S ThinQ, because although it has worse 30 fps video frame rate, and they both have the same aperture and the same (4K) video resolution, the Motorola Edge 50 also counts with a back camera with a much better resolution.
