The Samsung Galaxy M31s is slightly better than LG G8S ThinQ, getting a score of 88 against 82.5. Both devices in this comparison review use Android OS, but Samsung Galaxy M31s has the previous 11 version and LG G8S ThinQ has Android 9.0 Pie. Even though Samsung Galaxy M31s is newer than LG G8S ThinQ, it is somewhat thicker and somewhat heavier.
The LG G8S ThinQ has a little bit better display than Samsung Galaxy M31s, although it has a little smaller screen, a bit inferior pixel count in each display inch and a quite lower resolution of 1080 x 2248 pixels. The LG G8S ThinQ features a much bigger storage capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than Samsung Galaxy M31s, and although they both have exactly the same internal storage, the LG G8S ThinQ also has a SD memory card expansion slot that admits up to 1,95 TB.
LG G8S ThinQ features a little bit better performance than Samsung Galaxy M31s. Both of them have 6 GB of RAM and 8 cores. Galaxy M31s counts with a much better camera than LG G8S ThinQ, because although it has lower video frame rates, and they both have the same 3840x2160 video quality and a same size aperture, the Galaxy M31s also counts with a much higher resolution camera in the back.
The Galaxy M31s features a very superior battery performance than LG G8S ThinQ, because it has 6000mAh of battery capacity.
