LG G8S ThinQ is just a bit better than the Galaxy Note Edge, getting an 82.5 score against 81.7. Both of these devices use Android OS, but LG G8S ThinQ has newer 9.0 Pie version while Galaxy Note Edge has Android 5.0 version. Even though the LG G8S ThinQ is just a little bit heavier than Galaxy Note Edge, it's a little thinner and way newer.

The LG G8S ThinQ features a bit better hardware performance than Galaxy Note Edge, because although it has doesn't have an extra graphics processor, it also counts with a larger amount of RAM memory and a greater number of cores. Samsung Galaxy Note Edge features a much better display than LG G8S ThinQ, because although it has a bit smaller display, it also counts with a higher 2560 x 1440px resolution and a higher quantity of pixels per inch in the display.

LG G8S ThinQ and Samsung Galaxy Note Edge both have quite similar cameras, because although the Samsung Galaxy Note Edge has a smaller aperture which is not good for low light photography and video and slower 30 frames per second video frame rate, and they both have the same video definition, it also counts with a back camera with much more mega-pixels.

LG G8S ThinQ features a way bigger memory for apps and games than Galaxy Note Edge, because it has a slot for an SD memory card that admits up to 1,95 TB and 128 GB internal memory. LG G8S ThinQ features better battery lifetime than Samsung Galaxy Note Edge, because it has a 3550mAh battery capacity.
