Comparison review
The Huawei Mate 30 Pro has a general score of 87.1, which is a little bit better than LG G8X ThinQ's overall score of 82.7. Both of these devices have the same Android 10 OS (Operating System). Even being the best in this review, we must note that it's also a little thicker and a little bit heavier.
Huawei Mate 30 Pro counts with a screen that's just as good as LG G8X ThinQ's screen, although the Huawei Mate 30 Pro also has a just a bit greater number of pixels per inch of screen, a little bigger screen and a little higher 1176 x 2400 resolution. LG G8X ThinQ has a lot bigger storage capacity for applications and games than Huawei Mate 30 Pro, because although it has only 128 GB internal memory, it also counts with a SD extension slot that admits a maximum of 1,95 TB.
The Huawei Mate 30 Pro's CPU is very similar to the LG G8X ThinQ one, and although the Huawei Mate 30 Pro has a larger amount of RAM, they both have the same number of cores. Huawei Mate 30 Pro features a little longer battery duration than LG G8X ThinQ, because it has 4500mAh of battery capacity. Huawei Mate 30 Pro shoots much better photos and videos than LG G8X ThinQ, and although they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video resolution and the same 60 fps video frame rate, the Huawei Mate 30 Pro also has a back facing camera with a lot higher resolution, a larger diafragm aperture to take better photos and videos in poorly lited environments and a lot bigger sensor.
