Comparison review
Asus ZenFone Max is slightly better than the LG Optimus 3D, getting a score of 62.2 against 56.6. Asus ZenFone Max's body is heavier but thinner than the LG Optimus 3D. Both phones in this review work with Android OS (operating system), but the Asus ZenFone Max has the newer 5.0 version while LG Optimus 3D has Android 2.3 version, so it counts with a lot of extra features.
The Asus ZenFone Max's CPU is very similar to the LG Optimus 3D one, because although the Asus ZenFone Max has doesn't have an extra graphics co-processor and 1 less processing cores (although they are faster), it also counts with a higher amount of RAM memory. The Asus ZenFone Max counts with a slightly better looking screen than LG Optimus 3D, because it has a way better 1280 x 720 resolution, a just a bit more pixels per inch in the display and a larger screen.
The Asus ZenFone Max counts with a much greater storage to store more games and applications than LG Optimus 3D, because it has 8 GB more internal memory and a SD extension slot that holds a maximum of 64 GB. Asus ZenFone Max has a much better battery duration than LG Optimus 3D, because it has 5000mAh of battery capacity instead of 1500mAh.
The Asus ZenFone Max features a superior camera than LG Optimus 3D, and although they both have the same 1920x1080 (Full HD) video quality, the Asus ZenFone Max also has better video frame rates, a much larger aperture to capture better low light photos and video and a camera in the back with lot more megapixels.
Despite of being the best phone of the ones we compare here, the Asus ZenFone Max is also very cheap compared to the other devices, making buying this phone an easy decision.
