Samsung Galaxy Premier is just a bit better than LG Optimus F3, having a global score of 64.2 against 58.5. Both devices in this comparison review come with Android OS (operating system), but the Samsung Galaxy Premier has an older 4.1 version while LG Optimus F3 has Android 4.1.2. Even though the Samsung Galaxy Premier and LG Optimus F3 were only released 7 months apart, the Samsung Galaxy Premier body is somewhat heavier but thinner than LG Optimus F3.
