Motorola DROID Turbo is a lot better than LG Optimus F5, with a 76.4 score against 61.1. Both devices in this comparison work with Android OS (operating system), but Motorola DROID Turbo has the newer 4.4.4 version and LG Optimus F5 has Android 4.1.2, so it offers a couple additional features. The Motorola DROID Turbo is a newer device than the LG Optimus F5, although it is somewhat thicker and a lot heavier.

The Motorola DROID Turbo features a lot better display than LG Optimus F5, because it has a way greater pixel number per inch in the display, a bigger screen and a lot better resolution of 2560 x 1440px.
