LG Optimus F5 is a good quality phone launched some years ago, in 2013, equipped with a fast 1200 MHz Dual-Core processor, a medium sized 4.3-inches multi-touch screen, a 5 MP back side camera and a 1.3 MP front camera.
LG decided to sell this phone with a powerful Dual-Core CPU speeding at 1.2 GHz, included in a Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 Plus MSM8960 chip and 1 GB of RAM memory. Graphic rendering often consume a lot of processing time, so it uses an additional Adreno 225 GPU speeding at 400 megahertz to help handle those graphic tasks. A good advantage of this phone is the 8 GB quite big internal storage memory and an external memory slot, which allows you to install a couple hundred games and apps without worrying about space.
This phone isn't very light for a phone of this size, with a weight of 4.62 oz. Whereas this cellphone only has 4.96 inches long, it manages to contain a 4.3 inches screen. Being just 0.37" thick,the LG Optimus F5 is thin and comfortable.
This cellphone is equipped with two cameras, a 5 megapixels back facing camera and a 1.3 mega-pixels front facing camera. It is capable of filming 1920x1080 Full HD videos at 30 fps.
This phone has a good level 960 x 540 4.3-inches screen, which makes it hard to see the pixels forming the screen. This screen uses IPS LCD capacitive technology, and can detect multi touch gestures.
The LG Optimus F5 features WiFi capability (which it can share with other devices around, acting as a router), LTE (4G) high performance connection type and also HSPA+ internet connection, which is a bit slower 4G network and the fastest 3G connection type, supported by HSDPA, HSUPA, UMTS and EDGE technologies. This cellphone works with a SIM card for GSM networks.
This cellphone comes with an amazing 2150 mAh Li-Ion battery, which isn't very promising for a cellphone like this. According to LG, this phone has an estimated talk time of 12 hours and a stand by time of 500 hs.
The LG Optimus F5 also features a couple interesting features like Bluetooth (4.0) and GPS Localization, and plenty of sensors like Light Sensor, Proximity Sensor, Accelerometer and Compass.
This phone is not very convinient considering it is offerred for $ 155, while some similar phones cost much less than that. It doesn't matter whether you want a phone to play tons of games, want a social cellphone or will use it for work, you will definitely be very happy with it.
