The Nokia 3.1 Plus has a general score of 66.4, which is a little bit better than LG Optimus F7's 60.6 overall score. These phones have Android OS (operating system), but Nokia 3.1 Plus has newer 9.0 Pie version while LG Optimus F7 has Android 4.1.2 version, giving some additional features. Nokia 3.1 Plus is a newer and just a bit thinner phone than the LG Optimus F7, although it is also heavier.
