LG Optimus F7 Review

LG Optimus F7 is a nice Android device released many years ago, with a medium sized 4.7 inches capacitive display, an exceptional Dual-Core processing unit ticking at 1.5 GHz, an 8 MP back side camera and a 1.3 MP front side camera. Great! That's it? No, it's only the starting point of a much deeper review.

The LG Optimus F7 feels much lighter than what you expect from a device this size. This phone has a gorgeous design, with a thickness of just 0.38". While this device just has 5.19 inches long, it still manages to pack a 4.7" screen.

LG equipped this phone with an astonishing 4.7" display, and a 1280 x 720 (HD) resolution, which makes everything look vivid and colorful. Its display uses IPS LCD capacitive technology, and allows multi-touch for gestures like pinch and zoom.

LG decided to build this cellphone with a Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 system chip, including a great 1500 MHz Dual-Core processing unit with only 1 GB RAM memory which is a little bit poor comparing with its great processor. Graphic calculations usually uses lots of CPU time, so this phone counts with a 400 MHz Adreno 225 GPU to take care of them, leaving the processor free for other tasks. This phone counts with an 8 GB quite large internal memory and an external memory card slot, which allows the user to store a couple hundred games and apps without worrying about space.

This phone counts with wi-fi capability (and it can share it with other devices as a mobile hotspot), 4G LTE high performance data connection and 3G connection type, over EV-DO A technologies. The LG Optimus F7 doesn't use a SIM card, because it isn't a GSM phone and it works in CDMA networks.

This cellphone is equipped with two cameras, an 8 mega-pixels back facing camera and a 1.3 mega-pixels front camera. It also shoots Full HD 1920x1080 videos. The camera also includes a few good features like flash, auto-focus, fast burst mode and geo tagging.

The LG Optimus F7 comes with an inmense 2540 mAh Li-Ion battery that provides this cellphone an amazing battery life. LG afirms this cellphone has a 300 hs stand by time and a 13 hours talk time.

This cellphone also comes with a couple nice features as Bluetooth (allows communication with other bluetooth devices, computers, and accessories) and GPS (Global Positioning System), and lots of sensors like Light Sensor, Proximity Sensor, Accelerometer and Compass.

The LG Optimus F7 costs about $ 249, a really high price for a phone this level. It doesn't matter whether you will use it as a gaming phone, will use this cellphone majorly for social networks and internet browsing or want it for work, you will definitely love this cellphone.
